About us

We have been providing high-quality student accommodation since 1979.

Most of our tenants come from recommendations due to the standard of property and service.

We operate a 24-hour call-out but ask that 6pm to 9am is for emergencies only.

We take safety very seriously and have full checks on all appliances - gas, electric & fire - annually.

We are registered through the University and have an outstanding tenancy record.
